Get yourself ready for a great summer!
For many of us, lunch time takes on a whole new meaning when summer comes along. I got a little taste of what summer is going to be like when our kids were home for their spring break. My kids are getting older, and you know what that means…increased appetites! Spring break was my wake-up call. Those few days of the kids being out of school reminded me that I am going to have be be armed and ready this summer with plenty of healthy snacks and lunch ideas.

What goes great with a sandwich?

This came at the perfect time for me. I don’t feel like cooking after I’ve been outside most of the day. Getting gardens ready, trimming bushes, adding mulc, etc. So sandwiches are perfect for me! They all look good and I’m sure I’ll start trying them tonight. Besides that, I just rejoined WW. I’m still a little confused after being on MFP for three years. But, I know that’s part of the learning curve!
