This list of low WW point options are restaurants and fast food services was updated on January 5, 2023. Between restaurants adding/deleting things from their menu and WW updating their program, it was time to give an old list a fresh look.
This list is intended to make things easy for WW members and save you from having to scroll through the long list of options on the app and cut straight to the options that are between 0-10 WW Points per serving. The options are listed in alphabetical order by restaurant. From there, the options are listed in order from lowest to highest points. Think something should be added to the list? We got this message from an MPM reader that I thought might be helpful. She said, “Not sure if you know this but Outback cooks everything in butter for the most part. You can ask for it not to be and it takes down the points so that Broccoli would be 0 and same for the chicken on the barbie. Also their basic salad is free if you remove the cheese and croutons. First of all let’s address the endless steak fries that Red Robin is known for. They are delicious, but having a big basket of fries on your table that can be refilled as many times as you want is just asking for trouble. According to the Red Robin website they will now let you substitute their endless steak fries with Steamed Broccoli (0 Blue), Coleslaw (7 Blue), or Side Salad (0 Blue, w/o dressing).
One more thing you might find helpful is Red Robin’s Customizer Hub on their website where you can add and take away ingredients from any foods on their menu and see what the nutrition facts are with/without the ingredient. I accidentally found your article 2023 Low WW Point Restaurant Options after searching online for “Lowest WW Points at Mexican Restaurant” because my daughter has invited me to join them for dinner at a Mexican Restaurant tonight.
I joined WW this past January and I’ve lost 23.6 pounds and I don’t want to sabotage my loss for next Tuesday’s meeting & weigh-in.
My problem…how can I find this article next time I need it? I’m 74 and not very tech savvy!

Hi Regina! Hoping I can help you out 😊 do you have an iPhone? If so, while you are scrolling this page there should be a button at the bottom of the screen that has a box with a little arrow inside of it. Press that, then scroll down that menu until you see “add to favorites.” Select that, then it will show you what the file name will be and you have the option to edit the name if you so choose. Press save in the top right corner.
Now when you want to access the page you would open your internet and press the button at the bottom of the page that looks like a book. Select “favorites” and it should show up on the list. Hope that was confusing and is helpful! Have a great day 😊

Hello Alisha, thank you so much for the great work you’ve done here. This is a tremendous tool! I also see your low point bread and buns and am looking forward to using that at home. My question or suggestion is can you include in each restaurant what the points would be if we skipped the bun. I can guess about 5 less than what it might otherwise be but I’d just be guessing. I’m also asking WW App if they’d consider that data under their restaurant section too.

Thanks for all this! I am cancelling ww, I am a lifetime member and all I really need is the restaurant points and my free food list. Love how you list points. I saw someone mentioned what would the points be if we leave off a bun or even mayo.
