I took some time this week to go through some of my old faves and use the Weight Watcher recipe builder to calculate the Weight Watcher Smart Points. Some old archived Weight Watcher recipes
have gone down in points!
This week I decided to make the meal plan using some of my old recipes that have stayed between three to ten Weight Watcher smart points. One of the recipes that went down in points with the new “Beyond the Scale” system is the Lemon Chicken Rice Soup that my family LOVES. It used to be 6 Weight Watchers Points+ per serving and now it is only 3 Weight Watcher Smart Points! (You can click on the recipe to read why it went down in points) I was so excited about that I knew I needed to make it part of this week’s meal plan. I think you will love it!

Are you a list person?
A couple of weeks ago I started making some lists for myself to make sticking to the plan easier. I knew if I had a big list of smart snacks to choose from it would make it easier to make smart choices at the grocery store so I sat down and took a couple of hours to come up with over 60 snacks and I shared them on here. Apparently I was not the only one who needed that list because it VERY quickly became the most visited post on our site. If you haven’t already checked the lists out you may want to do that this week. Here are the lists I have created so far on MPM:

I just wanted to say that I had made a comment before about how convenient and easy and budget friendly these recipes were and they made my staying on the program so much better. You replied that you were glad that they were helpful but wanted me to get back and tell you how I enjoyed the recipes. I am now on my third week of these recipes.
