I just have to say, this meal plan #39 uses some of my most favorite recipes on MPM so far!

Of course, I like all of the recipes on here, or I wouldn’t have shared them, but I am especially loving these recipes right now. And it appears I am not the only one. Many of you have been talking about these recipes as well, through emails, on social media, and in the comments. Here are some of your favorites…

Most popular recipes from this week’s meal plan.

The three most talked about, clicked on, and shared recipes from this meal plan are the Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Pockets, the Maple Glazed Chicken and Carrots, and the Steak and Shredded Vegetable Stir Fry. Even if you choose not to do this whole meal plan, I would recommend at least trying those three recipes, because the numbers don’t lie.

    Hi Alisha, I love your recipes first and foremost. Problem is the Freestyle program is not working for me and I am still following the SmartPoint format. Is there any way you could give the SmartPoint value to your recipe as well as the Freestyle point value.

      Hi Kathleen, While I am not doing multiple methods of Weight Watchers points systems on our newer recipes right now, there are still some meal plans/recipes on MPM that were not changed to the new system that you may like.
