A free 6-day dinner MyWW friendly meal plan, including a free printable grocery list. All recipes include calories and green, blue, and purple points per serving.
We survived the first week of school!! It’s time to celebrate. How about if we celebrate with a new meal plan!? That sounds like fun, right? (wink)
Okay, so meal plans aren’t usually “fun,” but they are practical, and having them done saves us time and frustration later in the week, which means you have more time for fun! So let the good times roll…after you print the grocery list and meal plan page.
New to Meal Planning Mommies?
If you’re new to MPM, once a month, I share a free healthy 6-day dinner meal plan (you can see my previous meal plans here). If there is a recipe this week that won’t work for you and you are looking to swap out the recipe for another one, you can search for recipes in the Meal Planning Mommies recipe index.
Which of these is not from the past month?
Today’s meal plan uses some of the newest recipes on MPM and one older one. See if you can pick out the recipe that was shared on the blog all the way back in May. I’ll give you a hint: 1 WW SP, fresh, and delicious!
Quick snapshot of my life.
I try to keep this blog about recipes and meal plans (because I know that is why you are coming to MPM), but every once in a while, I like to drop a picture here and there. I do this for those of you who come to the blog regularly and kind of get to know me, and for my children. My kiddos are a big reason I get to do this blog, after all. Along with my husband, they are the official taste testers for all of the recipes on this blog. My husband and kids are my biggest supporters, so it just makes sense that I would introduce them to you.
If you want to skip all of the personal stuff, I promise I am not offended one bit. You can jump past straight to recipes/printables here.
A camp-in-the-backyard experience.
This was my husband’s idea. We invited some of our kids’ friends to stay the night in our backyard in a tent. We had a campfire where we roasted hot dogs and marshmallow for smores. The kids ran around the backyard playing all kinds of made up games. In the morning, I took some pictures of them playing in the tent. We decided to keep the top off of the tent so the kids could look up at the stars.
A going-to-the-county-fair experience.
When we go to the fair, we like to make a whole day of it. We get there around 11:00 a.m and stay until at least 9:00 p.m. Our kids LOVE it. They love the rides, the food, and having fun together. This year, we got to bring a couple of friends along, and the kids loved that.
A water park experience.
We have a really nice water park about 20 minutes from our house that I have never gone to! So, we made it a priority to go this year, and we loved it.
A beach day experience.
I literally took ONE picture at the beach and this is it. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that two out of three of my kids closed their eyes right when I took the picture until after we got home and I looked at it closer. Nice. Anyway, the beach is about a 20 minute drive from our house, and it is absolutely beautiful. I was grateful we were able to make it there twice this summer with close friends. The waves were so much fun!
A back-to-school experience.
You didn’t think I would let our kids go back to school without showing you a “first day of school” picture, did you? Of course not! As of this week, I am officially the proud momma of an 8th grader, 6th grader, and a 4th grader. So, that means we have two kids in middle school now! How crazy is that?! Here they are with their eyes open…
Okay, no more pictures of my kids. Let’s get to this meal plan!
