It’s another “free-meal-plan-Saturday” on Meal Planning Mommies!
Could you use a little help with your meal planning this week? You’ll notice that the theme of this week’s meal plan is “simple”. The Italian Sub Pizza recipe takes a little extra time (it’s a recipe from earlier in the year that never made it into a meal plan), but besides that, the rest are quite simple. I have not had a lot of extra time lately since I have been working toward my masters. Dinner has to be easy, or it just does not happen. In fact, there have been some nights this past month where I needed to cram to get something done by a deadline, and if it were not for my husband, dinner would not have happened. He takes good care of us! (Thank you, honey!)
If you find yourself feeling swamped this week and need a break, print off the meal plan page and grocery list at the bottom of this post, make a quick run to the grocery store, and you’ll have what you need to pull off dinner for the week. Save the Italian Sub Pizza for a night when you have a little extra time to make dinner, or cross the ingredients for that recipe off of the grocery list and skip that one this week. Make this meal plan work for you!
Six recipes, but there are seven days in a week.
I usually forget to mention this, but I always use six recipes in my free meal plans (with the exception of our ebooks, where I use seven recipes each week). I do this because we eat out on Friday nights as a family, and I figure a lot of people have a leftovers night. If you are needing an extra dinner recipe or more recipes for lunches, you can check out our WW friendly recipes here.

Are you trying to feed 1-2 people dinner each night?
My recipes on this blog make at least four servings…and sometimes they make six or eight, even. If you are feeding just one to two people dinner each night, that may not work well for you. If that is the case, I hope you will give our Table for Two ebook a try!
Ebooks with 4-8 servings each night.
If you like this free meal plan, you will love the Meal Planning Mommies ebooks that make meal planning for several weeks (up to 24 weeks) just one click away! Check out our Meal Planning Mommies store page here to learn more.
Can’t afford an ebook right now? No worries! That’s why I share free meal plans on the blog once a month, like this one below…
