Wow!! I cannot believe I am creating my final meal plan post of 2019! Can you believe it?
Chances are good you are “wrapped up” in wrapping presents this week and scurrying around to get things done for Christmas. The Christmas countdown has rolled down to single digits…4 days, you guys! Yay!! I love Christmas! But things are kinda nuts over here right now. In fact, I am working on this post early, because by the time you are reading this post, I will be in Michigan spending time with family.
I realize many of you are not looking for dinner ideas this week, because you will be eating differently for Christmas, and that is great. Whether you are looking for a dinner meal plan this week or just a couple of dinner ideas, or something else, we have resources that CAN help you this week! I thought I would take a moment to just highlight a few of the resources I think most people on the MyWW program could use at some point this week before I link up to the recipes and printables this week.
Great resources for MyWW members.
1. MyWW Friendly Restaurant/Fast Food Options.
Will you be traveling this week? If so, you may find yourself eating out more than usual. If you are looking for low point restaurant and fast food options with green, blue, and purple points, we have a long list, sorted by the restaurants here. Make the list work for you. Plan ahead or pull up the post on your phone when you realize where you will be eating.
2. MyWW Friendly Breakfast Options.
If you know you will be eating “more points” later in the day, it helps to start your day with a breakfast that is low in points and gives you a good jump start to your day. If you could use some new low point breakfast ideas, you will love this long list of quick and easy breakfasts with the green, blue, and purple points per serving.
3. MyWW Friendly Snack Ideas.
If you are really hungry at 3:00 in the afternoon and you know you won’t be going to your Christmas party until 5:00 in the evening, what do you do? Grab an apple, right? Could you use some more snack ideas that will hold you over in times like these? Check out this long list of “smart snacks that are low in MyWW Smart Points” and grab some of these snacks the next time you go to the store so you will be prepared for these times.
I hope some of these resources can help you. Maybe this week’s meal plan can help too? Make a recipe or two this week…or make them all. As with all of the resources on this blog, make it work for you!
Have a fantastic week!!
