Hey there! How about another free WW friendly meal plan using some of our latest Meal Planning Mommies recipes? From Taco Tuesday (Chicken Tostadas) to Salad Saturday (Southwest Chicken Bacon Ranch salad) and everything in between, there is something for everyone in this week’s meal plan.
If you are new to Meal Planning Mommies, I share one free (6-day) meal plan on the third Saturday of each month. Eventually those recipes make it into a meal planning ebook that is available for purchase. The free WW friendly meal plans have printable meal plan pages and grocery lists at the bottom of the post, and they include links to where the recipes are online.
Not interested in clicking around? No problem.
Back in 2016, we started getting requests from our readers asking for ebooks with our recipes from the blog. They didn’t want to have to click to each recipe, and they wanted the convenience of flipping through the MPM recipes without getting on the computer. After some time, we came up with a user-friendly ebook format and started selling ebooks in mid 2017. Since then, we have created 4 ebooks.
Why the Meal Planning Mommies ebooks are so helpful.
The ebooks are the most efficient and user-friendly format we have available. They are made for our readers who are not interested in going through the free meal plans on the blog and clicking to each recipe. With our ebooks, everything you need to meal plan for four (or 12, or 24) weeks is all right there with one click, along with links from the table of contents to each recipe, for ease of use.
Here is what some of the Meal Planning Mommies readers have been saying about our ebooks.
“I purchased this bundle about a week ago, and I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU! You have made my dinners come together quickly, easily and inexpensively! And my husband and 2 year old have loved the recipes so far. Plus, I am losing weight!” – Jessica
“I just purchased the 12 week meal plans. I am very happy with it. So many times you get plans and all of the food is complicated, time consuming, or food my family won’t eat. The meals that are in this book are very down to earth and I feel will fit the #reallife cook trying to live a healthy life style. Thank you, Meal Planning Mommies, for all of your hard work.” – Peggy
