An exciting announcement!
This is an exciting weekend for the Meal Planning Mommies staff (me and my husband). 🙂 We have been putting together the details for a 2-Day Flash Sale that we will be doing on Sunday and Monday (August 5 & 6) for our Meal Planning Mommies ebooks. Stay tuned for more information coming tomorrow…we just wanted to give you a head’s up!
In the meantime, I thought it would be fun to share a bonus meal plan that uses recipes from our “12 Week Meal Plan Mega Bundle” ebook. I know that many of you come to Meal Planning Mommies specifically for the free meal plans, and that is GREAT! I also know that some of you would love the convenience and the ease of using our ebooks, but cannot afford the price of them. If you fall into either of those categories, or both, this weekend’s meal plan and Flash Sale is just for you! Be sure to come back tomorrow (or sign up for our emails) to get more information when the Flash Sale is live!
What about the “Table for Two” ebook?
Real quickly, I just want to hit on our next ebook that is in the works right now. Behind the scenes, I have been working on a “Table for Two” ebook. I have talked about it on a couple of occasions, so I wanted to give a brief update on what is happening for those of you who are interested. (If you aren’t interested in hearing about the “Table for Two” ebook, you can jump to the bonus meal plan by clicking here.)
When I set out to create a meal planning ebook for people who feed 1-2 people, I thought it would be easy. After all, the recipes were already made, and the pictures already taken. In May, I thought I would have it complete and ready to sell by July.
Unfortunately, it is taking me much longer than I anticipated to complete this ebook. I realize now that in order to pare down the recipes, I must make estimates and then try each recipe with new measurements to ensure that they will work out the way I imagined they would.
I will say, the whole process has made me realize how hard it can be to divide up some of our recipes when you are only feeding 1-2 people each time you cook. This, I suppose, just adds extra value to the ebook. The price will still be the same as the ebook designed for those who are feeding four people, but the time and love put into this ebook is unique.
When it comes to my recipes, I am a team of one right now. Getting each recipe right on is important to me, so the ebook will not be available for purchase until I am able to experiment with each recipe and double check them. It is my expectation that this ebook will bless hundreds (and maybe even thousands) of people, so putting it out there prematurely just feels wrong. To those who have been patiently waiting for this ebook to come out, thanks so much for understanding!
A bonus free WW friendly meal plan!
Okay, now let’s talk about this special bonus meal plan! Every third Saturday of the month, I share a new free 6-day meal plan. These meal plans use the newest recipes on the blog as to not have any repeats. This meal plan is different. I still love all of the older recipes, and I am assuming you do too, so I wanted to share a bonus meal plan that uses 6 of our “oldies but goodies.” I hope this is helpful for some of you!
The recipes used in this meal plan are just 6 of the 84 recipes in our “12 Week Meal Plan Mega Bundle” ebook that will be a part of our Flash Sale tomorrow!

Are there any meals you can provide that do not include eggs? I cannot stand them! Also, not a lover of protein shakes. I am on a limited budget (under $800 a month), so anything that isn’t a standard staple would likely be out. Thank you Alisha! (I provided my website for anyone that likes nice jewelry, but doesn’t like paying the high retail prices! They can contact me on my “contact me” page!)
