A couple of days ago when I went to my grocery store, there was no skinless, boneless chicken available! None.
What do you do when there is no chicken?
I resolved to get some pork and just make it work. But then, when I went down the freezer aisle, I remembered that you can buy 3-5 pound bags of skinless, boneless chicken breasts! I was relieved, because I went into the store on a mission. I was trying to stock our kitchen with foods that I knew I could use to make easy dinners, and chicken was kind of like “plan A.”
