Somewhere in all of our crazy, busy summer days and summer nights, I am happy to say that we have still managed to eat pretty well in the Hughes house. Between the Beef and Black Bean Enchiladas, Hawaiian Pizzas, Ground Turkey Stroganoff, Apricot Glazed Salmon, and Asian Couscous Salad, I can honestly say that this meal plan has some of the BEST Meal Planning Mommies recipes to date!
