I am sharing some great Weight Watcher friendly meals this week. A few came from a cookbook I borrowed from the library, one came from the Weight Watcher website, and the beef stroganoff came from Recipe Diaries. The tortellini soup is my personal favorite and the potpie casserole was my husband’s favorite, so even if you don’t do the whole meal plan this week, we think you should at least give those two a try.
Here is this week’s line up:
Sunday: Maple-Glazed Chicken with Apples (5 WW Points+)
Monday: Tortellini in Garlic Broth with White Beans (7 WW Points+)
Tuesday: Parmesan Turkey Meatloaf (4 WW Points+)
Wednesday: Fresh Vegetable Soup (1 WW Points+)
Thursday: Lightened up Beef Stroganoff (6 WW Points+)
Friday: Beef and Vegetable Potpie Casserole (9 WW Points+)

A couple of things worth noting:
On the meal plan page you will see that the names of the meals are connected with a hyperlink to the recipe. Once you are on the recipe page you will be able to print that recipe, or just follow the recipe straight from your iPhone or computer.
On the grocery list you will see that there are numbers beside each food item. Those numbers are connected to the recipe number. For instance, my Tortellini soup is recipe #2 so you will see that “tortellini” on the grocery list has a #2 next to it. This way if you decide not to make a particular recipe you can cross off the ingredients for that recipe on your grocery list. For instance, if you decided you did not want to make the Tortellini soup you can cross off anything with a two next to it. You can also skim your cupboards before you head to out to the store and cross off anything you already have on hand.
