Dashing Dish Weight Watcher Friendly Meal Plan with FreeStyle Smart Points

All of the WW Smart Points in these recipes have been updated to the WW FreeStyle Smart Points.

Haven’t the recipes been great this week!? If you have been coming to the blog this week you already probably know that our meal plan today has delicious recipes from the Dashing Dish cookbook. Our giveaway for the cookbook and devotional ends today at 5:00 p.m. and the winner will be announced later this evening. If you are the winner you will get an email letting you know you have won. We shared six out of the 100 recipes in this cookbook this week and all of them are in this meal plan. As we have done in the past, to enter into the giveaway you had to answer this one question: Which of these recipes most interests you? The options were the recipes that we shared this week.

Chicken Pot Pie Muffins was the clear winner, but I am always pleased to see that the tastes of our readers varies and all kinds of recipes are appreciated. Here are the recipes you were most interested in and the number of people who picked each one at the time of me typing up this post.

I enjoyed all the recipes, but if you can’t get to all of them I would definitely recommend at least trying the Southwest Quinoa Chicken Salad. I was my personal favorite.

    Would the points be a big difference if I used lean ground chuck instead of ground turkey

      Hi Sharon, I am not sure which recipe you are referring to, but I am pretty sure the answer is “No, there would not be a big difference.” 🙂 1 pound of 95% cooked lean ground beef is 15 WW SP and 1 pound of 93% lean ground turkey is also 15 WW SP. Just make sure you are getting lean meat and you should be good.

      Update: yes, there is a difference with the new FreeStyle program.
