WW Friendly Meal Plan with FreeStyle Smart Points #45

October 19, 2018 by Alisha Hughes 2 Comments

Do you know what you will be eating this next week? I’ve got an idea! Six of them, actually. This week’s WW friendly meal plan uses six of our most recent MPM recipes. Speaking of six, all of the recipes in this meal plan are 6 WW FreeStyle Smart Points or less per serving!

Striking a balance.

If you have been following Meal Planning Mommies these past couple of weeks, you may have noticed that I have been trying to strike a balance between fancy, impressive dinners and fun, casual ones. I did this for my kids’ benefit as much as my own. It can be challenging (and time consuming) to make elaborate dinners each night.

My fave.

What might surprise you is that the Garlic Brown Sugar Salmon and Asparagus that looks fancy is really not complicated at all. It’s actually one of my favorite recipes in this meal plan because it tastes amazing, looks impressive, and is incredibly easy to make.

I wasn’t alone either. In fact, I am pleased to tell you that everyone in my family really enjoyed the salmon. If you can only try one recipe this week, make it the Garlic Brown Sugar Salmon and Asparagus!

Of course, I loved all of the recipes in this week’s meal plan or I wouldn’t have shared them on the blog, so I thought it might be helpful to get the opinions of my family, who had to got to eat all of this deliciousness with me.

There is something for every mood this week…

Don’t have a lot of time? You will love the Turkey Jack Quesadillas.

Serving company? They will love the Garlic Brown Sugar Salmon and Asparagus.

Want a fun dinner that doesn’t require a knife and fork? How about some Chili Cheese Dogs?

Want a low point soup you can pull out when you are hungry during the week? You have to try the Italian Meatball and Vegetable Soup. Just 2 WW FreeStyle SP per 1-1/2 cup serving!

In the mood for some comfort food now that it is getting colder? We’ve got you covered with this week’s WW friendly meal plan! All of these warm and hearty meals will leave you satisfied without the guilt. (Free printable meal plan and grocery list here.)
