Weight Watcher Meal Plan with Smart Points-MPM- 16

Are you ready for another great meal plan this week? This is our 16th Weight Watcher friendly meal plan with smart points and it’s going to be every bit as good as the last 15. Don’t these pictures above just make your mouth water? So good.

For those of you who are new to the blog…

There are six recipes in each of our meal plans, assuming that one day you will be eating leftovers, something simple, or eating out. We have lots of helpful resources on MPM for people who are trying to do Weight Watchers. If you are looking for a seventh recipe to add to your week you can find our Weight Watcher friendly recipes here. If you are looking for smart fast food choices for that extra day you can find those here. If you want to add some snacks into your week you can find a long list of smart snacks low in smart points here. If you are looking for breakfast ideas that are low in smart points you can check out some of my ideas here. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.

Scroll to the bottom of this post for a printable meal plan and grocery list. Click on the hyperlinks on this post, or on the printable meal plan at the bottom of this post, to get to each recipe.

What I have been up to…

I have been immersing myself in a couple of books these past few weeks and I plan on sharing a little bit of what I have been learning tomorrow. If you struggle, or think you struggle, with depression you may relate to tomorrow’s post. Every time I put together a longer post that takes more thought I end up having to let some other things go, so you have probably noticed that there have not been any recipes these last couple of weeks. We went on vacation to Washington DC and we are trying to pack in as much as we can these next two weeks before our kids start school so we are busy, busy, busy. As you read this post my family and I will be camping for the weekend.  As much as I enjoy sharing food I love with you, I enjoy sharing from my heart even more so every once in a while I like to take time to share some of what I am learning so you can look for that tomorrow.

Now, onto this week’s meal plan.

I am pulling a few yummy recipes from several different places this week. I hope you love them all!

This is an amazing resource. I love it. I would love to know how everyone feels about Smart Points vs. Points Plus. I just heard that WW may be given people a choice between the two because past subscribers had been successful on P.P.

Just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to do all these meal plans. As a mamma of 3 littles (including 1yr old twins) I have been FAILING at WW this time around. I was telling a friend last night that I just don’t have the time to even think of meals and how I wish someone could just give me a meal plan I could rotate through. I found your site today and it has saved me! I can’t say thank you enough for making the time to do this to help those of us who are struggling. Thank you so much.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL SITE!! I have gotten so discouraged about my weight, once worked for weight watchers, so I know it’s a wonderful plan. But oh, how I get overwhelmed with meal planning. I can’t believe this is all free? I will be utilizing your menu plans often. They seem simple and tasty. Thank you for all the hard work that goes into the plans and the recipes. I really appreciate it!!
