With this week’s free printable meal plan and grocery list we will be showcasing some of the other Weight Watcher friendly recipes that are out there in the blogosphere that I think you will love. Each recipe includes directions, Points+ values and a free printable version of the recipe. Here are our recipes for this week’s meal plan:

A couple of things worth noting if you are new to our website and are not used to our format:
On the meal plan page you will see that the names of the meals are connected with a hyperlink to the recipe. Once you are on the recipe page you will be able to print that recipe, or just follow the recipe straight from your iPhone or computer.
Here is an example of what one of our meal plans looks like:
On the grocery list you will see that there are numbers beside each food item. Those numbers are connected to the recipe number. For instance, if my Pineapple Pork Chops are recipe #6 you will see that “pineapple” on the grocery list has a #6 next to it. This way if you decide not to make a particular recipe you can cross off the ingredients for that recipe on your grocery list. For instance, if you decided you did not want to make the Pineapple Pork Chops you can cross off anything with a six next to it.
