Hey Mommas!
This week is all about making it a little easier for you in the kitchen. Mother’s day is less than a week away and my hope is that you will find some easy recipes on here this week that you can schedule into your meal plans for next week.
Our first recipe will be one that you can bring your kiddos into the kitchen to help out with! If you don’t have kids old enough to help in the kitchen, then this would be an excellent recipe for your husband to make as well… with your help, of course!
This recipe is followed by a super easy Baked Potato Bar! You can choose whether to bake your potatoes in the crock pot, oven or microwave. Then grab some toppings from your fridge and you are set! Dinner on the table in no time!
Then we have a Grilled shrimp recipe that I tried from Pinterest. It turned out pretty amazing! It’s as simple as taking your frozen shrimp from the freezer, thawing under cold water, slicing some lemons, skewering shrimp and lemons, melting butter and mixing with seasonings, grill, and then baste with the seasoned butter! Add whatever sides you have on hand and dinner is DONE!
I am so excited that this week we will have a guest post for you! Two of my good friends do a neighbor meal swap on a weekly basis. This is a different take on a freezer meal swap since food is delivered right to your door, hot and ready for dinner that night! Check back on Thursday to hear more about how they do it and how you can start one too!
Then on Friday we are grilling out again. This time T-Bone steaks! So simple with the addition of some veggies for a side- this is a no brainer!
Monday: Addie’s Cheesy, Chicken and Broccoli Soup (GF/SF)
