MyWW friendly desserts

November 23, 2019 by Alisha Hughes 22 Comments

Update in 2023:

This list has been refreshed and updated since it was originally posted. Click here for the updated list with lots more ideas and the current WW points per serving.

Are you looking for some sweet snack/dessert ideas that are low in MyWW points? Today I want to share with you a list of convenient dessert ideas you can find in your store that are less than 5 MyWW points per serving on the green, blue and purple plans.

MyWW friendly dessert ideas - A long list of quick and easy, grab and go, desserts that are between 1-5 MyWW points on the green, blue, and purple plans.

Of all of the things we share on Meal Planning Mommies the posts that seem to be most helpful to our readers are the MyWW lists and the meal plans. Several months ago I shared a list of 12 desserts you could make that were 4 smart points or less. At the time I knew I wanted to make a separate list of convenient dessert ideas you could eat when you didn’t have time to cook, but I kept forgetting. I started working on this list many moons ago and am finally getting around to posting it today.

No matter what kind of dessert you crave you should be able to find a quick and easy (and very convenient) low smart point dessert on here that will satisfy that craving. The goal of this list is to help you so you don’t get desperate for sweets and throw off your whole week on Weight Watchers with one dessert. As yummy as those Dairy Queen blizzards are, one large cookie dough blizzard is a whopping 64 smart points (about 2 days worth of smart points!) and a mini cookie dough blizzard is 20 smart points. If you are in the mood for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream a better choice might be the Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Chocolate Chip cookie dough bar for just 5 MyWW points on the green, blue, or purple plans. (These are SERIOUSLY delicious!!)

Even better, Yasso has a Coffee Chocolate Chip bar that is just 4 MyWW points on the green, blue, and purple plans!

These are great suggestions! I’m going to have to try some of those frozen bars next summer! My husband loves ice cream, and it is always so tempting! Something my old roommate used to do was buy the frozen dark red cherries and eat those when she was craving dessert. Sometimes she would eat them with a few dark chocolate chips.

Hi! I just discovered your site and it’s a gold mine of helpful info and lists for WW users. I’m looking at your online list of pre-packaged sweet treats, but can’t seem to find a printer friendly version to print out and keep. Do you have a printer version of this list like your others? Thanks so much…you truly are better than weight watchers!

It’s not the big bag… it’s the small (one serving) pouches.
