I have a week ahead of crock pot meals, easy frittata and yummy grilled salmon. I hope that this meal plan is helpful to you and your family.
Gluten Free Table for July 27th-August 1st
Monday: Grilled Salmon with steamed veggies
Tuesday: Crock Pot Beef Stew and Bread
Wednesday: Spinach and Feta Frittata or leftovers
Thursday: Crock Pot Orange Chicken with cauliflower rice
Friday: Zucchini Spaghetti with low carb breadsticks
Saturday: Low Carb enchilada pie with guacamole
