We are less than 10 days away from Christmas! Can you believe that?
Have you been to your Holiday parties yet?
Done your Christmas shopping?
Been to all of your kids’ programs?
Baked all your traditional goodies?
Done your meal planning so you will have healthy and delicious meals leading up until Christmas?
It’s a busy time! I know!
I also know how hard it can be to squeeze in time for meal planning and grocery shopping when you feel like you are barely keeping up with everything else. In between all of the business, it can be easy to skip the meal planning and just order pizza instead.
I get it, because I have been there the past couple of weeks!
I’ll admit, between work, our kids’ Christmas things, parties, the “12 Days of Christmas” giveaways, trying to update things on the blog to reflect the new Freestyle program, and revising (and recreating) an ebook (more on that later), I am feeling just a tad bit stretched these days. Meal planning is sort of an afterthought as I try to juggle it all. Are you feeling me? If this sounds like you, then I hope this meal plan will be a relief to you.
Skip the pizza delivery tonight and print off our meal plan and grocery list instead. You will feel better, and you will be surprised by how quickly you can get your grocery shopping done when all of the meal planning prep work and grocery list making has already been done for you! Let us help you get through this next week. With this meal plan, grocery list, and six recipes, you will be equipped to eat healthy meals leading up to, and during, your Holiday celebrations.
What’s on the meal plan this week?
I am sharing a meal plan with you that I think you will love. It mixes some of my newest recipes in with a couple of older revised ones that are deliciously simple and low in WW Freestyle Smart Points. The Italian Turkey Meatball and Vegetable Soup is one of my new favorite recipes, and the One Pot Chicken Marsala has been a long time favorite of mine. If you haven’t tried them yet, you are going to be in for a real treat! Plus, the Italian Turkey Meatball and Vegetable soup makes eight servings and reheats well! Yay for leftovers!!
I have updated all of these recipes to the new WW Freestyle Smart Point totals!
Slowly, but surely, we are updating the recipes on MPM, but since there are literally hundreds of recipes on here, it may take a little while. You will know if a recipe has been updated because it will say “WW Freestyle Smart Points” where it used to say “Smart Points”.
In the meantime, you will be happy to know that all of the recipes in this meal plan have been updated to reflect the new WW Freestyle Smart Points, so that means the Chicken Marsala is now 4 WW SP instead of 5 WW SP, and the Italian Turkey Meatball and Vegetable Soup that was once 6 WW SP is now 5 WW SP. The one I was the most excited about, though, was the Southwest White Bean and Chicken Chili that dropped from 7 WW SP to just 2 WW SP per serving!! Yay for healthy soup!
Here is what we have for you this week:
Italian Turkey Meatball and Vegetable Soup
Makes 8 servings
5 WW SP per serving
Black Bean Burgers
Makes 8 burgers
6 WW SP per burger
Chicken Marsala
Makes 4 servings
6 WW SP per serving
(Correction: Previously, this post said that this recipe was 4 WW SP, but it has been recalculated and it is actually 6 WW SP.)
Southwest White Bean and Chicken Chili
Makes 6 servings
2 WW SP per serving
Grilled Steak and Potato Salad
Makes 6 servings
6 WW SP per serving
Greek Pasta Salad Bowl
Makes 6 servings
5 WW SP per serving

This week’s grocery list.
Click on the grocery list pictured below for a printable PDF of this week’s grocery list that you can print off and take to the store with you. Numbers in (parenthesis) next to the ingredient match up with the number of the recipe in the lower right corner. If you don’t want to do a recipe, you can simply cross off the ingredients with that number next to them.
We did not make an eBook version of this meal plan like we have been the past few months, because we have something even better in store for you very soon! We have been busy making a 12 week meal plan ebook that we think you are going to ABSOLUTELY go nuts over! I can’t wait to show it to you. Stay tuned for more info!
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this free 6-day meal plan!
Have a great week!

Looks like you are really working hard for us. I need to research the air flyer and maybe one pot for the best one. I guess I did not read about it as close as I should have because everything is rush, rush, rush, at Christmas. I want the sir flyer that turns off when the food is done. This might be the one you recommended. The problem with buying too much I see storage. I am trying to lose 40 lbs. I have bad knees and hips beginning to hurt. I am on WW on need to be sure what I get is the new points system recipes. I am receiving emails already from you so don’t need to recheck that one. Have a blessed day.

Hi Elizabeth. Yes, the air fryer in our giveaway here: http://mealplanningmommies.com//air-fryer-giveaway/ does automatically shut off when it is done cooking. Sorry to hear about your knees and hips hurting. Proud of you for trying to do something about it. We will share more recipes with the new FreeStyle SP values per serving so just keep checking your inbox for fresh recipe ideas. 🙂 Blessings!
