Thursday: Onion Potatoes and Chicken Stuffing Bake

Ingredients and directions for Chicken and Stuffing Bake
1 pkg. Instant chicken stuffing mix
1-2 lb. cooked, cube chicken
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cond. Cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbs. Dried Parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spoon into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Combine soup, milk, and parsley. Add chicken and stir into mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer.

Ingredients and directions for the Onion Potatoes
6 potatoes
1 package onion mix
2 Tbs. olive oil
Rinse, scrub, and cut into quarters, all of the potatoes.
Mix in a bowl, onion mix, oil, and potatoes.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and scrumptious.

    The onion potatoes also work well with sweet potatoes. They are sooooooo good!! 🙂
