Top 4 Easter Recipes Worth Talking About

Easter Recipes worth talking about 2

What kind of Easter traditions do you have with your family?

My husband and I get Easter baskets together for the kids so when they wake up they have something to look forward to, but we don’t put too much in the baskets because we know they will get a very generous stash at their Nina and Papa’s. Each of our kids has a special outfit picked out just for Easter that they get to wear to church in the morning and then go to my In-law’s house in the afternoon and stay until the kid’s bedtime usually. Everyone brings something to eat to our gathering.

What kinds of things do you eat with your family at Easter time? The food we eat at my husband’s Easter family gathering is pretty consistently the same each year. Ham and sausage, cheesy potatoes or potato salad, green bean casserole, fruit salad, deviled eggs, and like four different desserts… just for good measure.

If you could use a little help trying to decide what to bring to your Easter gathering this year, here are my top 4 favorite “Easter-ish” recipes that we have shared in the past..

Molasses-Glazed Ham Steak
6 WW SP

I’m not sure why, but Easter is usually associated with ham. This recipe is super easy and very tasty.

Slow Cooker Coca Cola Ham

You don’t have to mess with bones because this ham literally falls off of the bone.
This is the absolute easiest, fuss free way I know of to cook a big 4 pound ham.

Alisha’s Famous Deviled Eggs

My whole family LOVES these deviled eggs.
SO GOOD!!!

Trust me. These eggs will be the talk of the party if you bring them to your gathering.
