Every once in a while I get an email from an MPM reader who is looking specifically for gluten-free recipes that are low in Weight Watcher Smart Points. I know there are many people who need to cook and eat gluten-free but are also trying to stick to their Weight Watching goals. If you are one of those people, this post is for you. Gluten-Free and Weight Watchers Friendly Recipes on MPM
As I add recipes that are gluten-free to Meal Planning Mommies I will be tagging them and when I do that they go onto our “gluten free recipes page“. So, that means you will always be able to get to our latest (and oldest) gluten-free recipes here. Just keep in mind that some of our older recipes may not include smart points per serving. All of our newest ones will.
Since it will take some time for me to accumulate a substantial number of gluten-free recipes on MPM, I thought it might be helpful to put a list together of some delicious gluten-free recipes that are already out on the blogosphere and are between 3-10 Weight Watchers smart points per serving. I have included some entrees, some desserts, and some side dishes, giving you a large variety foods to try. Many of these are comfort foods, since that is what I am naturally drawn towards.
