VLOG: LETZ TALK GIVEAWAY!!

May 1, 2010 by mealplanningmommies 23 Comments

A little while back, we mentioned that the three of us were able to break away for a great mommy’s conference. While we were there we met so many fabulous people! One of them was a beautiful, vibrant woman named Dee Dee, who was standing at a booth selling her product, with a great, big banner that said, “Letz Talk”. Well, we did go and talk to her, and we were so glad we did, because she was so so so sweet. She offered us her product for free so we could do a vlog showing it off, but also so that she could give one of our readers her product for free as well!!!! GIVEAWAY TIME! Watch this video to see what it’s all about:

Okay, so it comes down to this–Here’s how you can enter our giveaway:
1. Check out the LetzTalk website.
2. Come back and post a comment telling us which “deck” of cards you would want. (what age group)
3. Also, Tell us how you would use this adorable mailbox in your family.
4. Give us your name and email, so we contact you if you win.

Giveaway ends at midnight on Wednesday, May 5. Winner will be notified on Thursday, and will have a Letz Talk CareMail box sent to them for FREE!!!
GOOD LUCK!!!

My name is Darci Wring. My email is darcemola@hotmail.com. I would enjoy the combination cards for ages 5-8. I think that I would use the cards at night before bedtime…that is when my girls are most talkative about life in general. My sister does this in her home before dinner time and her boys really look forward to it everyday. I think that it is a fabulous idea!

I can picture our family doing this at dinner; it would be a great way to keep my active boys put while they eat:) I can also see us doing this on our road trip across the country this summer! It would be a fun way to pass the time. Love it!

    Hi…Kelli here ( jonessmith77@yahoo.com) Valley, Al.
I would choose the 5-8 category as that is the most relevant to where we are headed. I think this is a great idea….I love the little mailbox and can see myself writing letters to and from my children corresponding to some of the questions….perhaps it will help take some of the awkwardness out of the discussions….

My name is Dee Dee Fanning and I am the owner of Letz Talk, Inc. I sincerely appreciate everyone’s comments and encouragement. It was a pleasure to meet Alisha at the conference and she did an amazing job with the video. As all moms recognize, communication is such an important part of our lives and our children’s lives. I have received an incredible amount of positive feedback from my product that all connects communication with building confidence and self-esteem. Believing in ourselves and loving who we are is what life is all about. I welcome any and all feedback. BRAVO to all of you wonderful mothers out there.

My name is Michelle. I can be found at lorduseme.blogspot.com . I love your blog (found, somehow, through moneysavingmom.com), and I think Caremail is an excellent idea. If I win, I’d love the set for 9-12 year olds. We work very hard at making our family table a positive, welcoming place. Sometimes we struggle with keeping the conversations uplifting and upbeat, and I can see where this would really help in that area.

would love all the sets – my kids are pretty spread out from 1 1/2 to 13 – we could use any of the sets to spark conversations at dinner time (the only time we seem to all be together with the older ones in sports). Thanks Meal Planning Mommies!

This is so fun! I am really excited to enter into this giveaway, thanks for doing it! We would use the 5-8 set (either set). Being that I am not able to stay home with our boys during the day, due to circumstances beyond my control, it is very important to us that we find new ways like this to keep communications open and flowing. We would use these cards every Monday evening for our family night. We often have other families over on family night as well, and this would be a great way to get to know each other better. What a creative product! Thanks! Email: brandihaymore @ gmail (dot) com

We would love the 5-8 year set. I actually just tried to do something like this at dinner last night (: Let’s just say some already printed questions would be a big help for next time. Once we got through “favorite vacation” (which turned into favorite memories of Grandma’s house), dinner was over. I would love more conversation starters for dinner.

    Thanks

I would love the ages 9-12 combination cards. I would use them at different times of the day, like before bed or use the question cards while doing chores like laundry, clearing the table, or dusting. I think using the questions during chores would not only open up conversation, but would make the chores easier by thinking about the questions rather than thinking about having to do the chore.
