The meal plan pages in this eCookbook give you everything you need to know about your week, all at one glance. This page is designed so it can be printed off and placed on your refrigerator, allowing you to easily and efficiently plan your dinners around the rest of your week. Each meal plan page includes a picture, the ingredients you need, the average cooking time, the number of servings, and the WW points per serving.
12 Grocery lists.
You can print off the grocery list and take it to the store with you or pull it up on your electronic devices at the store. The grocery list is organized by where you will find the ingredients in a typical grocery store. Numbers in parenthesis next to the ingredient match up with the number for the recipe in the lower right corner of the grocery shopping list page. If you don’t want to do a recipe that week, you can simply cross off the ingredients with that number next to them.
