Skinny Hawaiian Pizzas

Alisha's Skinny Hawaiian Pizzas on Meal Planning Mommies - Just 6 WW SP for one personal pizza!

Hawaiian pizza is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE kinds of pizza. The combination of ham, pineapple, red onion, pizza sauce, and melted cheese are a big fat “Yes, please!” for me. You too?

How about saying a big fat yes to this sweet and skinny pizza?

Today, I want to show you the easiest, fastest, and skinniest way I know of to make delicious Hawaiian Pizza, complete with a special pizza sauce. But before I do, let’s talk for a quick minute about the ingredients I used.

Ingredients used in this Skinny Hawaiian Pizza.

  • Ham: I used 97% fat-free thin sliced deli honey ham.
  • Pineapple: I used canned pineapple tidbits that were rinsed and drained, but you could also cut your own fresh pineapple and use that.
  • Colby Jack cheese: I used Colby Jack cheese, but you could also experiment with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, or mozzarella cheese.
  • Tortillas: I always use Olé Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb 8 inch Wraps, but you can find a list of other 1 WW SP tortillas here.

The rest of the ingredients are pretty straight-forward.

Okay, that’s all I have to say about this recipe, so let’s get right to it!

Here is what you need:

Ingredients used to make Alisha's Skinny Hawaiian Pizzas on Meal Planning Mommies - Just 6 WW SP for one personal pizza!

4 Olé Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb 8 inch Wraps, or other 1 WW SP tortillas
Cooking Spray
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
4 ounces thin sliced 97% fat-free honey ham
1-1/3 cup pineapple tidbits
1 cup reduced fat shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 cup finely chopped red onion

Here is what you do:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place a tortilla, sprayed with cooking spray, in a large skillet set over medium heat. Cook tortilla 2-3 minutes on both sides, or until light browned and crispy. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Brown the tortillas in a skillet until they are crispy for a perfect crust for personal pizzas.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the pizza sauce ingredients: tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and garlic salt.

Make your own pizza sauce with Alisha's recipe here.

Spread 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce on to each crispy tortilla.

Spread the pizza sauce on a crispy tortilla.

Top each tortilla with 1 ounce ham, 1/3 cup pineapple tidbits, 1/4 cup Colby Jack cheese, and 1/4 cup red onion.

Delicious ingredients for delicious Hawaiian pizzas.

Transfer pizzas to a baking sheet and bake them for 5 minutes.

Use a large spatula to carefully transfer the pizzas to a large cutting board and slice each one into 4 slices to make them easier to eat.
