When we announced our 12 Days of Christmas giveaway series, we mentioned that there would be a surprise Meal Planning Mommies giveaway. Well today is our big reveal, and we are so excited to finally get to show it to you!

Our first ebook, “Healthy and Happy Fan Favorites,” included four weeks of MPM recipes organized into meal plans that included grocery lists. We were thrilled when we got so much positive feedback on that ebook because we knew it was only the beginning of a bigger plan we had. We purposefully designed our first ebook using a format that we could continue using with future ebooks. In doing so, we wanted to give our readers a smart, efficient, and cohesive way to build on their library of MPM meal plans and recipes.

This ebook takes all the same quality and convenience you have come to expect from our previous “Healthy and Happy Fan Favorites” ebook and triples it with 3 FULL MONTHS OF DINNERS all planned out for you!

All of the premium meal plans of 2017 in one bundle.

Every month, we post a new one-week meal plan, and in 2017, we started offering a premium meal plan that includes one additional meal, giving you a total of seven meals for the week. Because each premium meal plan was formatted like our “Healthy & Happy Fan Favorites” eCookbook, they are designed to allow you to do all of these things:

  • Access the eCookbook from your computer, tablet, or smart phone.
  • Easily print (and reprint) the weeks you want to return to again and again.
  • Print off the weekly meal planning page and stick it on your refrigerator.
  • Check the  shopping list on your smart phone while you’re walking the aisles of the grocery store.
  • Pull up each recipe on your tablet while working in the kitchen.

The great thing about these premium plans is that you get to use them the way that works best for you! It is our most convenient method of meal planning to date!

What you can expect with each meal plan.

Each week comes with a meal plan page, a grocery list, and recipes pages that include pictures. That means in this eCoookbook, you will get the following:

12 Meal Plan pages.

The meal plan pages in this eCookbook give you everything you need to know about your week, all at one glance. This page is designed so it can be printed off and placed on your refrigerator, allowing you to easily and efficiently plan your dinners around the rest of your week.  Each meal plan page includes a picture, the ingredients you need, the average cooking time, the number of servings, and the Freestyle Smart Points per serving.

12 Grocery lists.

As always, you can print off the grocery list and take it to the store with you or pull it up on your electronic devices at the store. The grocery list is organized by where you will find the ingredients in a typical grocery store. Numbers in parenthesis next to the ingredient match up with the number for the recipe in the lower right corner of the grocery shopping list page. If you don’t want to do a recipe that week, you can simply cross off the ingredients with that number next to them.

84 Recipe pages.

Each recipe page includes a colorful picture, the number of servings it makes, the size of one serving, and the Freestyle Smart Points per serving, making it easy to stay on track with your Weight Watching goals.

Plus, new Freestyle Program Smart Points are included for each recipe.

With Weight Watchers rolling out their new Freestyle Program, we have updated the Smart Points on all of the recipes in this eCookbook to reflect the new program. Because Weight Watchers members rely on this information to stay on track, we have made it very clear at the top of each recipe (and on the meal plan pages) the number of servings each recipe makes, the size of one serving, and the WW SP per serving. Weight Watchers recommends using the WW recipe builder, which factors in zero Smart Point foods when calculating the Smart Points per serving for a recipe. To be consistent with the WW program, we have used the recipe builder to find the Smart Point totals for each recipe.

      Hi Sandy, there is a giveaway tool at the bottom of the giveaway where you can put in your name and email address and then it will let you answer a simple multiple choice question. Once you have entered it will redirect you to a page that says you have entered. Let me know if you need more information than that. 🙂
