Gluten Free Meal Plan November 15-20

November 14, 2015 by Sarah Anne Leave a Comment

As many of you know, one of the exciting things Alisha and I worked on over our blogging weekend and talked about in our “Coming Soon” post was a new meal plan/grocery list format.

Well… the wait is over! I’m so excited to get to unveil the new meal planner/grocery list format!  We went back and forth through many different meal planning formats, and we decided that this was the one! It’s easy to read, to the point and even has pictures.

As always, the Meal Plan has the full recipes that you can print to by clicking on they title hyperlink and going to the website. Alisha and I have decided to go to a 6 day meal plan, figuring that most people eat out once a week or have one night for leftovers. Our meal plan goes Sunday- Friday, but feel free to make yours work for you depending on your schedule that week.

You can click on the image below and print the Meal Plan.

GF Meal Plan November 15 Now for the grocery list! We are hoping that this list is a little easier to read (bigger font and no lines!) and that it is organized in a way that is similar to your grocery store.  We added the meal plan to the grocery list in the bottom right corner so you can keep track of what meal is on what day and what number coincides with what meal. Remember if you decide you don’t want to make meal number 3, then on the grocery list you will need to cross off all ingredients that have a (3) behind the item.

Click on the Grocery List Below to print your Grocery List for next week!

We would love to know what you think about the new format! Let us know!
