Gluten Free Meal Plan December 13-18

December 12, 2015 by Sarah Anne Leave a Comment

It’s time for the next Gluten Free Meal Plan!

December can be a super busy month, but good news!! You can still have family dinner night because I have created a ready to go Meal Plan and Grocery List for YOU!

Dinner time is one of the most important times of the day. It is a time to reconnect as a family, share stories from your day, put your phones/computers away and give a smile to those dearest to you. Especially during the holiday season we need to force ourselves to slow down, say no to a few “fun things” in order to make sure that we are still getting a chance to have family dinners.

I want YOU to know that Alisha and I believe that dinnertime is important enough that we consider it our mission to help YOU make it happen! We have created FREE meal plans for you with a printable meal plan, printable recipes and printable grocery list.

The ONLY thing you have to do is: 1. PRINT    2. GROCERY SHOP   3. MAKE DINNER

Click on the images below to download a pdf and print the meal plan & grocery list. The links in the meal plan will take you to the recipe where you can click and print.

Don’t let dinnertime be one more event you rush through. Even if you are just eating peanut butter and jelly for dinner: Sit down, Slow down and Smile. Show your loved ones that they are priority and you care. Remember, if you can’t make what is on the meal plan (or don’t like what I’ve picked!) we have other meal plans you can choose from or you can print a blank meal planner to plan your own!

Don’t let Meal Planning make you feel overwhelmed… JUST START.

BLESSINGS!
