Christmas Tablescape

December 24, 2016 by Sarah Anne Leave a Comment

Merry Christmas Eve!

I just cannot believe how fast this month has flown by!

Are you ready to Style your Christmas table? Don’t let the fact that it is Christmas eve deter you from doing something special to set a part your every day table with your Christmas table.

There are lots of ways to make your table unique and fun, just using things you already have in your home! If you haven’t yet, read my initial post on Styling your Table for some basic ideas to get you started.

I organized this table right after I did my Thanksgiving tablescape post. It was a quick and easy transition from Thanksgiving to Christmas.

Don’t you just love these gold chargers? They really make the table appear fancy and they were only $1 each at the Dollar Tree! They came in both gold and red. The little tag on the silverware will make a nice place card!

I grabbed two mini Christmas trees from the Target $3 section, added a few pinecones and two candles. They are sitting on top of a french country table runner, also from Target’s $3 section.

I just love these gold pokey balls! I made about 6 of them for under $10. All you do is get some Styrofoam craft balls and toothpicks from the Dollar Tree or craft store.  Stick the toothpicks all over the Styrofoam ball until it looks even and as full as you would like. Spray paint the entire thing gold and sprinkle gold glitter on them while they are still wet from the paint. That’s it! I made these for a friends 40th Gatsby birthday party, so fun!

Don’t forget to PIN this to find it easily later!
