If you have ever eaten at Red Lobster than you probably know about their amazing biscuits. Red Lobster’s cheddar biscuits are a moist, cheesy, garlicky, buttery, glob of goodness! These biscuits make great appetizers or can be used as a side with any meal. If you have never tried them, do it! 🙂
When I got engaged to my husband I was showered with all kinds of wonderful gifts from his family and someone decided to give out recipe cards at one of the showers suggesting that the guests could write one of their favorite recipes on it and give it back to me. I didn’t keep all of them, but this was one of the recipes I hung on to. These biscuits are super duper yummy and the recipe should definitely be shared so here ya go…
Here’s what you need:
-
2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbs. melted butter
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Here’s what you do:
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix first three ingredients to form soft dough.
Drop by 9 teaspoonfuls (the instruction say that measurement. I never measure exactly… I just plop balls of the dough and try to make them close to the same size) onto a greased cookie sheet or stone.
Bake 8-10 minutes
Mix butter and garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits.
