Heat a skillet to medium heat. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook chicken 4 minutes on both sides, or until fully cooked. (Allow for more cooking time if the chicken is thick cut)
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic, onion powder, and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning.
Using a basting brush, generously coat chicken with the mayo/yogurt mixture.
Allow to cook 2 minutes more. Flip chicken and allow to cook 2 more minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is nice and golden brown.
