Egg Salad Sandwiches for Two

Ingredients

hard-boiled eggs
1
tablespoon
Kraft light mayonnaise
1/2
tablespoon
mustard
1/2
teaspoon
sugar
4
slices
light bread
Instructions
Chop up the hard-boiled eggs.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar into the eggs.
Scoop 1/3 cup egg salad mixture onto 2 slices of bread, and top each with another piece of bread. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
