1cupreduced fat shredded Monterey Jack cheese,divided
Instructions
Spray a large nonstick pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Set aside 1/2 cup of the chopped onion. Cook the remaining onion in the preheated pan for approximately 2 minutes, or until just softened.
Add the refried beans, 1/4 cup of the taco sauce, and chili powder to the pan with the onion. Mix and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until warmed and smooth.
Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture on the middle of a tortilla. Pour 1 tablespoon taco sauce over the top of the beans, and top with 2 tablespoons shredded cheese and 1 tablespoon diced onion. Roll up the bean burrito and serve warm. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
