Ingredients
Cooking spray
1pound99% lean ground turkey
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1cupreduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese,divided
1poundpotatoes,peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1(10.75 ounce) can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed Cheddar Cheese soup
1(4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
2cupsfat-free beef broth
1/2cupfat-free milk
2tablespoonsOscar Mayer Real Bacon Pieces(bacon bits)
2tablespoonsdried minced onions
1teaspoonMrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning
Instructions
Spray a large stockpot with cooking spray and set over medium heat. Add ground turkey and Worcestershire sauce and cook 5-6 minutes, crumbling meat as it cooks.
Set aside 7 tablespoons of the cheese (a little less than 1/2 cup) to be used later. Stir in remaining cheese and the rest of the ingredients in with ground turkey, cover and simmer 15-17 minutes, or until the potato pieces are tender.
Top each one-cup serving of soup with 1 tablespoon cheese.
