Preheat oven to 400° F. If cuts of chicken are thick, pound them down until they are thin. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine cheese wedges, preserves, and water.
Spread 1 tablespoon on each piece of chicken.
Top each piece of chicken with 2 slices of bacon.
Bake for 22-26 minutes, or until the chicken and bacon are fully cooked.
