Cook egg noodles according to the directions on the package.
Using a Ziploc bag and your hands, or a food processor, crush saltines crackers into crumbs.
In a large bowl, combine the egg white, onion, crushed saltines, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, and ground beef, using hands to mix well.
Shape into five oval shaped patties. One patty will be about 1/2 cup of the beef mixture.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and cook patties over medium heat for 3 minutes on both sides. Transfer patties to a plate.
Whisk together the soup mix, cornstarch, water, and bouillon cube in the skillet. Bring to a boil. Put patties back into the skillet with the sauce.
Reduce heat. Cover and cook at a low heat 5-7 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
