1/2cupreduced-fat shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a large sauté pan with cooking spray. Cook onions in pan 2-3 minutes.
Add turkey, garlic powder, and sugar and cook 3-4 minutes, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
Add ketchup, mustard, and Greek yogurt and cook until turkey is fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes.
Mix tomatoes and pickles in with the ground turkey mixture.
Put phyllo shells on a large baking sheet or stoneware. Scoop 1 tablespoon turkey mixture into each phyllo shell. Sprinkle each one with a little cheese.
