Instructions
Preheat large skillet or grill pan to medium heat.
Spray pork chops with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook pork in the preheated pan about 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Using a basting brush, coat the pork with about 1 tablespoon of the dressing. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes on both sides, or until pork is thoroughly cooked and slightly browned.
Serve the pork chops with the salad on the side, or chop the pork up into bite-size pieces and toss it into the salad.
Each salad get approximately 3 ounces cooked pork, 3/4 cup salad, 1 tablespoon dressing, and 8 croutons.
