Ingredients
1(5 ounce) bagfresh baby spinach
2ouncesthick sliced turkey lunch meat torn into bite size pieces
1/4cupcrumbled feta cheese
1/4cupdried cranberries
1/4cupchopped walnutsor walnut halves
1/4cupfat-free honey Dijon vinaigrette
Instructions
In 4 medium sized bowls combine a little over 1 ounce spinach, 1 tablespoon feta cheese, 1 tablespoon walnuts, 1 tablespoon cranberries, and 1/2 ounce turkey.
Drizzle each salad with 1 tablespoon vinaigrette; toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
