Slow Cooker Italian Shredded Beef Sandwiches - 4 Smart Points

Ingredients

bottom round roast beef
▢

water
▢

packet zesty Italian salad dressing mix
▢

packet Au Jus gravy mix
▢
1
medium onion,
thinly sliced
▢
1
can
(4-7 oz.) chopped green chilies

Italian rolls

Instructions
Cut beef in half lengthwise. Place in 4-qt. slow cooker.
Combine 2 cups water, Italian dressing mix, and Au Jus gravy mix. Pour over meat.
Top with onion and and green chilies.
Cover and cook on low for 9-11 hours or until meat is tender. Shred meat with forks.
Spoon 1/2 cup of the shredded meat mixture on each Italian roll.
Makes 12 servings. One serving is 4 Smart Points without the Italian roll.
Because different size rolls and brands can vary in smart points I have not added them in number of smart points.
